Beginner Crochet Workshop

Daisy McClellanComment

Join us Sunday November 10th at 11am for our new Beginner Crochet Workshop with Melisa Joy. In this class you’ll learn the basic crochet stitches to complete a colorful, new cowl scarf — the perfect addition to your winter wardrobe. Class size will be kept small to ensure students receive intimate, hands-on instruction. No experience is necessary! You’ll leave the class with the skills to make crocheted beauties, perfect for gifting this holiday season! All materials included to complete the cowl project and continue practicing at home.

This two hour class also includes mimosas and light brunch snacks and a discount on merchandise at Dandelion Post (where our studio is located) that day!

San Francisco-based designer & fiber artist, Melisa Joy, loves connecting people through creativity. She is inspired by traveling, exploring natural beauty, and the colorful light of the west coast. After working as an Industrial Designer in Home Decor, it became increasingly important to her to ensure handmade retains its voice. She loves helping others discover a new, creative hobby. The perfect color palette, texture or “light bulb” moment make her giddy. Her DIY Embroidery kits can be found in independent shops throughout the Bay Area.
